TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2 (WEEK 5)

Today was a rewarding day in my teaching practice with moments that reaffirmed my passion for education and students growth.As I entered the class room,I was greeted by eager faces,each ready to delve into today’s lesson with enthusiasm and curiosity.

Today I got the first period and the third period.During the first period I taught the lesson external sources of recruitment.I could effectively transact the topic.After that I conducted the remedial teaching on the diagnostic test conducted during the previous week in the third hour.

Today mark another beautiful day of our teaching practice journey.As always,Biju sir assigned me periods.I got the third period and the last period.During the third period I taught the lesson merits and demerits of external sources of recruitment.And during the last hour I took the portion difference between internal and external sources of recruitment.Apart from that , today I got opportunity to interact with the new first year students.

Today we reached the school on our regular timing.After making attendance in the register,we went to staff room and got the periods for the day assigned.Today also I got two periods,the fifth one and the last period.During the fifth period I took the lesson process of selection and as a continuation on the last period I taught about diff selection tests.During the forenoon,there was a program conducted by Hindi club for students.As usual we took active part in this program also.

Today also we reached the school on usual timing.Today,unit test were started for the plus two students.Thus i got exam duty on the fifth period.Today I got two periods to take class,the third and fourth periods.During the third period,I handled the the topic need for training and development and during the fourth period I taught the difference between training and development.

Today was another beautiful day of teaching practice phase two.Today I got the first and sixth period.During the first period I taught the topic on the job training methods, and on the sixth period i taught them about off the job tracing methods too.After that i had invigilator’s duty in the afternoon.

 12/06/2024 Today marked the beginning of the second phase of my teaching practice.Thus,it was a day filled with anticipation and excitement. Upon reaching school we met principal mam first and went to staff room,where we saw all other teachers after the long break. I got the same students on this phase too.Stepping into the classroom,I was greeted by the familiar buss of students.All of them was excited to meet me after a long break.The period I got today was the second period,during the period I started the chapter business environment.I taught meaning and features of business environment in the class. 13/06/2024 Today marks the second day of our teaching practice phase 2.We arrived at school promptly and went to principal’s office to sign in the register.Today my peer Justeena Shaji observed my class and gave her valuable suggestions.it was the fifth period I got assigned to.I taught the importance of business environment today.Students were much more attentive in the class toda...
