TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2(WEEK 6)

 15/07/2024 As usual,today we arrived at school on time.During the first period i got substitution duty in a science division.After that i got the fourth period and I handled the lesson difference between recruitment and selection and concluded the chapter staffing.Then I got another period during the sixth hour which was actually Pradeep sir’s hour.Thus during the sixth period I started the new chapter controlling.Before starting the new chapter I have done a recap of the previous chapter inorder to avoid confusions and retain the previously studied topics. 17/07/2024 Today was another beautiful day in my teaching practice experience.Today I got two periods to take classes and one  period to conduct achievement test.During the first and third hour ,i took class on nature and importance of controlling.And afternoon,During the sixth hour I conducted achievement test for my students. 18/07/2024 Today was one of the  important days in my internship program.Today our ma’am Dr...

Innovative work - sem 4

In an effort to enhance student comprehension and retention of complex concepts, I have developed an innovative educational board designed to elucidate the topic of the “nature of controlling”.This board integrates visual aids and explanatory text to create a comprehensive learning tool that support deeper understanding and engagement. Each picture in the board visually illustrate a particular point related to the nature of controlling.Students learn and retain the points through these pictures.Then the students discover the the explanations hidden below the each points.Through these steps student’s thoroughly understand the topic.This innovative not only help in presenting the topic easily but also ensures the retention of the topic.

TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2 (WEEK 5)

 08/07/2024 Today was a rewarding day in my teaching practice with moments that reaffirmed my passion for education and students growth.As I entered the class room,I was greeted by eager faces,each ready to delve into today’s lesson with enthusiasm and curiosity. TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2(WEEK 4)

 01/07/2024 As usual,today we reached school on our regular time.We went directly to the principal’s room and signed attendance.on my way to staff room my students greeted us good morning with smiling face. This made my day.After the prayer,sir assigned us periods.I got the third period and I took the portion of transfer on advance organiser model in today’s class. After that.I conducted diagnostic test on students during the last period. 02/07/2024 Today was another memorable day of my 4th semester teaching practice.As Usual,Biju sir assigned us periods.Today I got 2 periods,the third period and fifth period. On the third period I handled the lesson prepared on internet source of recruitment-promotion on concept attainment model.Student showed a high degree of engagement and participation in the class.After that,During the fifth hour, I taught them the merits of internal sources of recruitment. 03/07/2024 Today I felt a sense of fulfilment as I could make some impacts on students....

TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2(WEEK 3)

 24/06/2024 As always I reached the school on the regular time.After prayer, we went to principal’s office and marked our attendance.Then we went to staffroom and met Biju sir. Biju sir greeted us with a smiling face as usual and assigned period for today. I got two periods today as safeena ma’am was on leave. The periods were fifth and sixth.During the fifth period I handled the topic staffing as a part of human resource management, During the sixth period I taught them about the process of staffing. 28/06/2024 Today I arrived at school on our regular time.As usual we met principal ma’am and signed our attendance first.Then we got the periods assigned. I got the third period today and I taught the portion sources of recruitment  to my students. Apart from that today I got substitution duty also.

 18/06/2024 Today is another beautiful day of our teaching practice.As it is the second week of second phase,we have merged into the school system by this time.We made our sign in attendance register and went to staff room.Today I got the third hour.During the hour,I taught the topic industrial policy 1991.Today I got  a substitution duty also in the class of humanities students. 19/06/2024 Today marked a special convergence of role for me as both a teacher and a participant in national reading day festivities.Today I got opportunity to engage in various activities arranged in school aiming at encouraging literacy including Quiz completion conducted by NSS.I took active role in all activities as a teacher.Today i handled the topic impact of changes in government policy on business and industry and concluded the chapter business environment. 20/06/2024 Today was another beautiful day of my teaching journey. TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 2 (WEEK 1)

 12/06/2024 Today marked the beginning of the second phase of my teaching practice.Thus,it was a day filled with anticipation and excitement. Upon reaching school we met principal mam first and went to staff room,where we saw all other teachers after the long break. I got the same students on this phase too.Stepping into the classroom,I was greeted by the familiar buss of students.All of them was excited to meet me after a long break.The period I got today was the second period,during the period I started the chapter business environment.I taught meaning and features of business environment in the class. 13/06/2024 Today marks the second day of our teaching practice phase 2.We arrived at school promptly and went to principal’s office to sign in the register.Today my peer Justeena Shaji observed my class and gave her valuable suggestions.it was the fifth period I got assigned to.I taught the importance of business environment today.Students were much more attentive in the class toda...
